Early Easter Bunny brings great things

Hester: Red made sushi with cucumbers! Yummy rice. Shhhhh, I snuck some when she wasn't looking.

Best of all the Easter Bunny brought me a new toy. Mine....all MINE! It glitters!

Enid: You have to share! I like to play with it too!

*Hester gives Enid a withering look*

Enid: RED! Hester won't share!

Me: Yes, she will. No worries since I am supervising all playtime with this toy.

Stay tuned for tomorrow posting .... a picture of the FAV toy.

Also keep Enid in your thoughts since I have to take her to the vet on Saturday. She has a large (large to me) lump/bump under her skin that has me concerned.

  2. Poor Enid - I hope it turns out to be nothing to worry over. Do your kitties like to help you cook as well? Kate sits on the breakfast bar and supervises all of my prep work.

  3. Good for you for spotting the bump! One cane never be too careful with critters. We discovered one of our cats had diabetes when we took her in for "that cat ain't right" symdrome.
    Good luck Enid!

  9. has she had any shots lately? sometimes they can have a reaction to them - a lump where the injection was.

  10. Thank you Angie. It just occurred to me. Enid got her rabies shot last month (only a couple of weeks ago) Could be a delayed reaction.

  11. my vet has switched to a 1 year rabies vaccination rather than 3 year. less risk of reaction. don't know what your girls got, but i hope they're right as rain in no time.
